I can’t express how grateful we are to Collin Bray and Martica Wakeman. After working with another Realtor, who supposedly had experience in the area, my husband and I spent two months with our condo empty and little hope that it would get rented. At the end of month two, we decided to take it off the market. At that point Collin reached out to US, which impressed us, and offered his services. Not only did they rent our South End condo to a wonderful couple within a week, they were very accommodating, easy to work with and true experts in their field. We worked this summer with Collin at Century 21 Cityside. We had replied to a listing through their email form on their website, and actually heard back in an extremely timely fashion! Most of the time, I don't think those automated forms actually go anywhere. But Collin replied right away and set up the showing for our new prospective (and now current!) home. Working with Collin was great, he was punctual and friendly, and made the application process a breeze. We fell in love with the apartment, and he worked with the landlord and current tenants to ensure everything went smoothly. Great service and responsiveness.
