Opening in 2022, the 35-story Raffles Residences in Boston will be unique and versatile. The property will include 146 Residences, a mix of apartments and condos, and 147 hotel guestrooms. There will be 6 food and beverage venues, including a sky bar, speakeasy, a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center. The first Raffles opened in Singapore in 1887. There are currently 15 properties worldwide and 15 in development, including in London, Moscow, and now one in Boston.

The amenities of The Raffles surpass expectations; one of the most impressive being the 19th floor Ballroom. The building features a 24-hour concierge, additional terraces and outdoor areas.

Residences will range in size from studios to three bedroom homes and penthouses. The homes will feature floor to ceiling windows, breathtaking views, high end kitchens and hardwood flooring. The penthouses will include three or four bedrooms, all with private terraces and one with a grand spiral stairway connecting the two floors. Each home will be delivered to the highest standards.

The 6 amenity spaces on the 21st floor will be exclusive to residents only allowing them to enjoy a wide variety of unique experiences and events catered to each room.  Each space is unique: The Secret Garden, The Residents’ Library, The Emerald Terrace, Residents’ Private Dining Room, Nantucket Cottage Tasting Kitchen and Wine Lounge, and The Sports Lounge.
